Launched in 2014, this Amazon FBA brand has become one of the top sellers in the cocktail drinkware category over the last six years.

The flagship product generated over a million dollars of revenue in 2020 with SDE of $304K. These sales were entirely organic with the seller having run minimal Amazon pay-per-click ads. A new owner with skill in this area has a significant opportunity to drive incremental sales by implementing Amazon ads.

Included with the sale are two other inactive ASINs which previously generated $200k of annual revenue and have several hundred reviews each. While these ASINs generated strong sales at healthy margins, the seller was constrained by both time and capital and chose to deactivate them. A new owner has a clear opportunity for further growth by restarting these ASINs and building on their strong foundation.

The product itself is extremely well managed enjoying a conversion rate of 26% and consistent rankings for top search terms. Having long established itself, the listing has over 3,300 reviews with a 4.7 rating. In terms of the day-to-day operations, the business is run in a highly effective, lean way, with operations managed by the single owner working ~5 hours per week during Q1-Q3 and ~10 hours in Q4.

The reason for the sale is that the owner would like to spend more time with his family as he became a new parent in Feb-20 and focus on his other businesses. Having run the ASIN successfully for six years, he would now like to take some time off and turn his attention back to his family and other Amazon brand.
