Enterprise Update: The seller has a $90k enterprise contract in pure profit with $45k on the P&L in September and another $45k scheduled for October (with a minimum $45k annual renewal that may be as high as $60k). This is just one of the many enterprise opportunities a new buyer could focus on pursuing that the seller is not spending time targeting. The seller sees a significant growth opportunity for the right buyer with experience in enterprise sales to go after this market. Our asking multiple will fall once this deal gets fully reflected in the P&L.
