Bryan is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for cutting-edge technology, business intelligence, and the world of buying and selling online businesses M&A.
Having years of experience in the online business acquisitions industry, Bryan was one of the original co-founders and a director of Flipping Enterprises (later renamed and incorporated as FE International), as well as a co-founder and the concept creator of Centurica – the world’s first website due diligence agency. Over the past two decades, Bryan has started, acquired, and exited from a number of businesses across M&A, tech, sports, and real estate.
Christopher Moore is the President of Quiet Light. He’s also a special advisor to the Board of Directors of Rooted Wisdom Africa, which develops educational and entrepreneurial programs in rural Uganda. He also serves on the board of Needham Community Theatre. Christopher is the founder of Gadabout Media, and is an award-winning director, experienced travel coordinator and guide, and sought after speaker.
When he’s not out globetrotting to some far-flung corner of the world, he resides in Boston, MA.
Deanna Berardi is Head of Business Development, Partnerships, and Referrals at Quiet Light. She was the firm’s 2025 Employee of the Year and is a 20+ year business development veteran (Ernst & Young, Intuit) who connects online business owners with PE firms, family offices, and strategic buyers while spearheading the company’s AI transformation in buyer outreach and content.
Beth Howard is the Events Director at Quiet Light, leading events, partnerships, and experiences that connect founders.
Beth has been planning events since 2007 and is naturally organized, which comes in handy when there are a million details to keep track of. To Beth, planning is really about taking care of people. If she does her job well, everyone else can focus on doing theirs. She loves bringing people together and making sure the details are handled so everyone can enjoy the experience.
