Since its initial launch, the company has expanded into multiple ranges and products within the category, offering a diverse range of clipped and cordless window shades suited for budget consumers, right up to upmarket, in-home installations. The company is unique as the only major player with US-based production, enabling it to service the major big-box retailers faster and more reliably than competitors and leading to a sizeable competitive advantage. It has also achieved this through its unique, proprietary machinery that outputs 3-1 vs conventional methods. In 2025, the company will launch into the motorized shade category, which it estimates will add $1M–$1.8M in revenue. Also, a deeper rollout into Walmart, along with Costco and BJs, could add $2M–$3M of annual revenue. On the cost side, there is a well-developed opportunity to near-shore production, maintaining its current logistical advantage but flowing an additional $700K to EBITDA annually.
