Started in 2015, this trademarked FBA and Shopify baby brand makes multipurpose nontoxic baby feeding products. Most products are made in the US, and all items in this custom line are designed to be interchangeable and upcycle as the baby grows. This provides tremendous value to parents wanting simplicity and minimalism during a stage of life where clutter and quickly outgrowing items is the norm.

Customers are fond of both the products and the mission of the brand as can be seen by the 2,800 reviews averaging 4.5 stars across sales channels and their returning-customer rate of around 30%. Currently, about 56% of sales come from Amazon, 43% come from Shopify, and 1% comes from wholesale, where Amazon is the strongest-growing channel. The brand has also been mentioned by CNN, Huff Post, and other media sources.

There are currently around 35 total children SKUs, which are mostly variations from four main parent SKUs. Sales among the SKUs are diversified as the top five child SKUs account for about 50% of revenue. Additionally, these SKUs carry a strong gross margin, averaging 73%.

The owner stepped away from day-to-day operations near the end of 2021 and currently works about 2 hours per week in an advisory role, as she is focusing her time on a larger business. The business has well-documented SOPs and is now run by a team of contractors; they have been handling everything for the last year and a half. There are still a number of growth opportunities, however, including greater investment into advertising (which was previously limited by the owner’s financial resources), new product development, further expansion into the currently serviced baby demographic, and offering products for the same customers as their babies age into becoming toddlers.
